My father, sister and I ate here today and the ribs they had ordered were hard and didn’t fall off the bone. My burger was supposed to be well done but it was pink in the middle how gross. My sister got sick after eating the corn bread it is dry and tastes like sand paper. It was edible though.

It's a strong high middle BBQ place just outside Olney. I'd place it above Mission and Red Hot & Blue, and under Dinosaur. While the menu is not as funky and expansive as it used to be, the BBQ is solid. The sides are also good, but not great. Collard greens, potato salad, super green slaw, were definitely not "commercial" but they were a quarter step under fantastic. I have not had the burgers, yet as the ribs are quite good. They have a brisket frito pie I want, and chili too... I understand thay have a game night on Thursday that my younger friends LOVE, and the bar service was pretty good. The bar is open late during the week. The cornbread was slightly sweet, served as a muffin, and had bits of corn in it. It was moist and well cooked. I did have to ask for butter, and if you have a serious peanut allergy, avoid this place - peanuts in shells are kept on the tables.

Such good food- burgers practically melt in your mouth they are so well made. Good prices for the portions you get and nice and friendly staff. The place is clean and has a good atmosphere.

Overall very satisfied with this place. Pulled pork was great, with lots of smoke flavor. The brisket, not as much, but decent. Fattier with more moisture would be better. Excellent sauces - the Carolina sauce with the pork was my favorite. Mustard sauce good as well. Mashed potatoes and gravy have tons of flavor. Collards hit taste notes exactly, although were a bit more cooked than I would have preferred. Corn bread was good, but cold.

Amazing Brisket and Pulled pork,, great location and friendly staff. A little pricey for Burgers and BBQ, ($11.49 for a burger??) but a great place to chill, have a beer a some great BBQ.
